For visiting Russia it’s necessary to have the Russian visa. No visa can be
obtained in the airport by arrival to Russia. To obtain the visa one can apply to the nearest Russian
embassy which can be found on the following web-site:

Necessary documents:
1. A passport valid 6 months after the end of the trip and with
at least one blank page.
2. A completed visa application form
obtainable (free of charge) from the Russian Consulate.
3. A
passport size photo.
4. A Tourist Voucher from a Russian
travel agency stamped and signed by an authorized person.
5. A
standard Tourist Confirmation (in Russian language) of acceptance from the
authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel,
registered with the Russian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The confirmation must contain the agency’s
reference number and
registration number.
6. Medical
Insurance for the whole period of the trip.
For the invitation letter we need your following data:

After we get the data we send you the invitation letter and voucher, and its
copy to the Russian Consular Department.
